I hope Deb is getting some sleep this morning. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Dinner: Southwestern Chicken BBQ Pizza
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich
Have a great day and remember those vits and fluids.

Feeling yucky today. My office moved to a different space in our building...down to the basement. There is something in this room that does not agree with me at all. We've been down here just over a month and everyone has been sick at least once. I ended up at the eye dr and now have glasses that I'll pick up this weekend. My eyes are killing me and I dont understand how my eyes could have gone downhill so quickly. Never had eye issues before. Benadryl seems to help some. Anyway...
Missed Zumba last night cause I didnt feel well. I'll be out of the office for a little while today so maybe I'll feel better to hit the gym tonight.
Eats for today:
Coffee w/ cream
Im eating a WW breakfast sandwich now. Eh, its ok. May call it quits half way thru and use my points on something better.
Garden Salad and Pure Protein bar
Apple and Cheese stick
Maybe another bar before the gym
Not sure whats for dinner. Husband has been cooking since hes not working.
If I have points left, WW Ice cream bar

Has there ever been any water damage in the basement office? If so, it could lead to mold toxins which do not have to be seen to the naked eye but behind walls. The mold spores will effect your eyesight, breathing and general overall feeling of yuckness. I think the company needs to know in case they be involved in legal issues with sick workers. Just my two cents.

We have been complaining about it. Since I work in a government building we were informed that if we request an air quality test, they are required to check it out. Our 'sister' team actually is moving in today, so Im curious to see how they will be feeling by next week. One of the guys has an at home mold test he is going to bring in while we research who to call.
Since Ive been out all day and just came in, Im feeling much better. Hopefully I'll survive the next 50 minutes.

It seems that I am less hungry with 1600 - 1700 calories but that does not promote weight loss for me. I need to talk to nutritionist and get a good balance until I get another fill which will probably be late March.

Right now anything calorie wise over 1300 will make me gain. I hope eventually that I can move that number up to around 1500 for maintenance. I figure that I will have to gain a little back to get my numbers up to that amount or double my time at the gym. What ever works, right? Good luck on finding your balance. Have a great Thursday too!

I had a rough night. Last night went to see the movie "Gray". Not sure if over the years I become more sensitive, or the pictures become more gross and too realistic for me, but I had to leave the theater after app 30-40 min. I just could not stand it. The loud noise, so realistic, the screams, the so vivid pictures... - can't handle that. Can't also watch any war or any other violent movies on the big screen. I will stick to good drama, and comedies.. No more brutal movies...
