Not having a great food day, darn virus still wacking up my tastes buds, not eating much & what I am eating are not the right things...Reset my brain and try to plan a menu for tomorrow to eat whether I feel like it or not

Evening All,
Just getting my hand in gear.  Decided I am going to try the lemonade cleanse for about ten days.  I ned a jump start.  Been getting comments, Dr. Oz says no as do many others.  Don't plan to extend it but will follow rules as to introducing solids back into my life.  Plan to start on February 12th.  Until then, this is what I ate today:

Better late than never!  Cardio for the day, 60 minutes of water aerobics.  My instructor challenged me to increase the weight of my water weights, boy do I feel the difference!
