8 pounds down yay !!!
Hi all BOTT peeps..so I went to my Dr. for my yearly check up & blood work and after maintaining for 3 yrs i found that my weight this yr (almost 4 yrs out) it creep up 12 pounds since Nov but I was down from a yr ago !. well I'm back on my protein and no sugar or white flour and as of 5 days I'm down 8 pounds...whooo hooo the pouch still works if we treat it right ! so Breakfast was Protein shake, lunch: lean cuisine, Dinner: Chicken with mushrooms & green beans and beets dessertt sf lemon jello...
