Day 2 of the 5-Day Pouch Test

Good morning!

Day 1?  NOT easy.  But I got through it.  I am not sure if I ate the correct amount but, well...I don't care.

This is pretty much what I ate:

Sugar Free Pudding (about 1.5 cups spread throughout the day)

Sugar Free Jello (one serving was a snack pack type thing that you don't need to refrigerate...it was GROSS!  Then last night I made the powder kind. MUCH better!)  
French onion soup from Panera (no bread) for lunch.  YUM!

About 10 bites of Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom soup for dinner (it was all I had in the house!  It was GROSS!)

I also had one 42g. New Whey protein vial, which is always disgusting.

I did dance around a little bit with my boys but, honestly, I had almost no energy.  Even now I feel like I am going to pass out!

Today's menu will be similar to yesterday's menu.  Not a lot of fun but I will try to get through it again!

The best part?  Down 2 lbs. overnight.

 It is the pitts decarbing but you will feel so much better by the end of the week.  Hang tough, you doing really well.
