Good Morning Botts:

Sorry I have been missing in action and thank you for all the condolences for my kitty.  I have been in a funk for the last three days but will try to be my perky self the rest of the week.  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure protein peanut butter bar
Snack:  Chocolate unjury Shake
Dinner:  Chicken Salad on Wheat Thin Bread
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Have a great day and don't forget those vits and fluids.  How about them Giants last night...

Good Morning Botts!

Weekends are tough especially when it is a birthday weekend.  Didn't crash too bad but enough where I had a sugar low and carb sleepies (when I eat too many carbs I get so sleepy).  But back on track and schedule today - actually feel good and energized.

Cardio -  treadmill - stepped up 5 more minutes - up to 40 minutes now 

Over the weekend I indulged in pizza, cheese fries and a red velvet cupcake.  We celebrated my son's 24th birthday at Ruby Tuesdays.......and I have to admit - it all was good.  One plus on the cupcake - just ate the cupcake - took off the icing.

Tomorrow is weigh-in for me.  Hopefully the weekend did not sabatoge me too much

Good morning.  Hope you feel better today. Losing a pet is so hard...

Due to low food intake, I had problem going... so I took stuff and took stuff... when finally I started going, I have been going...lol... So now trying to get more fiber to stop... But nobody can accuse me today of being full of sh**!  lol.

as for exercise, I did housework... almost 1 hr... and had to give my cat a pill... 

Eats today:
coffee + almond milk
protein shake
soup with chicken and eggs. probably will add some flax seed.
roast beef slices (snack)
protein muffins.
meatloaf + salad.

I am going to acupuncture today... missed the last one, so I do need it badly...

O, and got a new TV on weekend... My BF helped me get it (bring from a store) and set it up...
Really like it. (my last one was a lemon, and finally I sold it and use that money and some more to get a new one - much nicer)

Thanks Hala.  I hope things have stop running at your house. My TV went out last night and I just new I was going to get a new one, but alas, my husband brought and old one out of the attic and guess what!  It works great......yay...........

Good morning!

Had a great weekend as far as food and exercise! Zumba Saturday and Gym on Sunday. 25 minuts on the elliptical followed by strength training. I really need to take a notebook with me to write down my weights/reps so I can keep better track.

Had my first ever eye exam Saturday. I dont feel that I have any vision issues, but feel like my eye muscles are just sore. Had my eyes dialated and was sent to pick out frames. That was fun. Hope I end up liking what I get! They wont be in until Saturday.

Anyway, eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Muscle Mikl Strawberry followed by a banana
Garden salad and Pure Protein bar
Pear and cheese stick

Going to Carrabbas for girls dinner tonight. I did my research and found a couple things that dont look too bad. Think Im going to order spicy chicken soup as soon as I sit down so I can stay away from the bread. Looks like the small chicken or pork chop marsala are good choices.

Oh my- superbowl feast was a complete healthy eating BUST. I had chicken wings, pizza, dips, chips...but truthfully I did feel so icky afterwards.
Anywhoo- I cant change the past- just the future. So today

B-Banana
S- BE Mocha Protein
L- Salad with Tuna, lemon, and olive oil
S-Cottage Cheese
D- Chick-Fil-A salad ( I have class and no time for cooking)

Cardio- Im MAKING myself go to the Y after class to do at least 40 min on the elliptical.

 Happy Monday!
I wasn't on here this weekend but I did pretty good food wise. Saturday we went on a hike with my sons cub scouts so I got a nice workout there. It was so beautiful here in sunny so cal! The last two nights have been tough in that I wanted to eat alot. But I made good choices then just went to bed. I had steel cut oatmeal for bfast yesterday and I noticed my carb craving being higher. So no more of that. Eggs in the am seem to be the best for me. Here is the plan for today:

Prebfast: protein coffee
Bfast: one egg one egg white and one laughing cow wedge
Snack: coffee
Lunch: mini meatloafs
Snack: not sure yet. Maybe some Blueberries? Or Greek yogurt 
Dinner: leftover turkey meat sauce with roasted zucchini 
Snack: sf jello 

Probaby going to do some tae bo this am or walk my son to school? I have to work on a huge assignment for school due tomorrow when he is at preschool so prob a quick tae bo session. Have a good one!
