Yikes! Weekends are tough!

Good Morning BOTTS!
Last week I was great about my meal and excercise regimen and I was totally decarbed.
Yesterday my husband came back from a week away at work and all he wanted was Dim-Sum so that´s what we got for breakfast. I figured I could eat 4 of them, fill up, and then do the right thing the remainder of the day.
Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.
I just grrazed my ways through the carbs in the house for the remainder of the day.
so today is all about focusing on what I´ve accomplished and not letting the carbmonster destroy all my progress.
Weekends are tough. More free time on my hands, a lax schedule, too many temptations...

You learn that hard way. Carbs in the morning - may trigger carbs craving all day. I know that this work like that for me... big time.  So I do try to avoid carbs in the morning.

Weekends are always my weakness as well. I was really busy Saturday (doing things that didnt involve being around food!) so that helped.

Just dont let one day screw up the next for you. One day, one meal at a time.
