I am so, so, so sorry to hear about your baby.  It is a beautiful thing that you were with him in his last moments.  I am sure that was a gift to him.  I lost two dogs last year within months of each other.  And what people without pets don't realize, losing an animal is every bit as painful as losing a "real" member of your family.

Sorry to hear about your kitty.  I have had dogs all my life.  Back in October my grandson wanted 2 kitties, so Papaw said get him 2 kitties......and we did.  Love them!  They are so entertaining and funny.  I never thought I would be a "cat person".....but I think I am now.

So sorry to hear about your baby. Im a cat lover and mother. Sending huge hugs!

Been out of the office at meetings, so Im trying to get caught up...but TGIF!!

Eats for today:

Cookies and Cream protein w/ instant coffee and unsweet almond milk
Banana
Green beans, carved turkey and fruit for lunch. Love the cafeteria where my meeting was!
Apple and cheese stick
Believe we are having the stuffed peppers tonight
WW Giant Fudge bar I didnt have last night.

Hitting the gym tonight. 20-30 mins on the elliptical depending on how much I can do followed by strength training/weights.

Hi Tess,

I am so sorry to hear about your kitty.  I lost my Poodle in a flood severaI years ago so I understand and feel your pain an sorrow.  I currently have a cat and a dog.  My dog she survided the flood and as I watch her getting older I know it's going to be hard for me when she's gone.
