Thanks.  DH is my first boyfriend so we kinda trained each other.  By the way, the training continues for us both.  LOL

Started Water Aerobics yesterday and feeling the effects today.  I really enjoyed it though, so I'm getting my butt out of bed in the morning and doing it again. 

It's so great to see how wonderfully everyone is doing!!  Definitely a group to be a part of!!

Exercise today: 
30 min AB-Lounge
30 min. Weight Training

Food:
B - Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry/Banana
      1/2 c Kashi Go Lean Crunch
S - Special K Fruit Crisp - Strawberry
L - 1 slice Honey Roasted Turkey Breast
     1 slice Mozerella Cheese
     Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie
D - 1 1/2 slices Pizza Hut Thin & Crispy Pizza w/ Chicken, Green Pepper, Onion
     Special K Chocolatey Pretzel Bar
S - 3 bottles of Dasani Water
     Special K Fruit Crisp - Strawberry
