Tuesday Cardio/Cafe
While I haven't been able to workout, my BodyBugg has me at my goal range everyday. It's probably since I wake up at 2:00 a.m. every morning and start my day. My food for today:
Breakfast - mini frittata
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ricotta cheese or ham and cheese rolls
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - corned (?) beef minus bread, side of veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

We have rain and 71 degrees for today on the 1st of February. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Peanut Butter Supreme Bar
Lunch: Chocolate Deluxe Pure Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner: Roast Beef & Green Beans
Snack: Vanilla Protein Pudding

Seems like a few of us are early birds. Another good morning. Vitamins taken, 15 minutes on the treadmill and mild stretching completed. Bought a pilates book and dvd but just reading the book right now. I will give it a try before the week is out. This is my menu for today:
The scale is still not my friend and I hate the control is has over my life but without it I would get totally out of hand. Take care,

Was out yesterday taking my daughter to visit a cosmetology school. I think I was more excited than she was. I wanna go!
Since I was off, the hubs and I went to visit a small gym I found. Ive driven by a couple times and they arent too busy. We worked out and joined. I really want to use the gym to work on my strength training. I tried to get in a half hour on the ellpitical, but had to call it quits at 25 minutes. I did go thru and try out the machines and really enjoyed it. So, now I have Zumba 3 days a week and the gym.
We are doing pretty well with the WW points too. Just making sure I get in at least one shake a day to ensure I get my protein!
Eats for today:
Weight Control Oatmeal
Banana
Pure Protein Shake followed by an apple
Cheese stick and strawberries
Stuffed peppers (turkey sausage, brown rice and mushrooms)
WW Giant fudge bar
Zumba tonight!!
Im feeling really pumped this week. Hope it continues. I plan on getting these last 40 pounds off this year. My goal is to get at least 20 off by Memorial Day. That should be plenty of time to lose 20 lbs.
