Hello :)
Here is my plan for the day...
Prebreakfast: protein coffee
Breakfast: one egg and two egg whites
Snack: EAS advantedge shake and two laughing cow wedges
Lunch: 5oz canned chicken breast and 1/2 orange bell pepper
Snack: coffee coffee and more coffee ;)
Dinner: boca burger w/ some pasta sauce and parm cheese
Snack (at school) strawberries and maybe ff Greek yogurt
Bedtime: sf jello pudding (if I have any calories left)

Hey Ladies! I am a little late to the party today, but that is okay!
So, I stuck to my plan pretty good yesterday however dinner changed but I was still under my 1200 calorie goal for the day.
Today:
B - 2 eggs, coffee w/ff creamer
L - small salad, and 3/4 cup tuna casserole (yummy!)
S - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
D - Chicken Breast, Cottage cheese
Cardio - 35 minutes of Just Dance!
