Low Carb Menu and Recipe Website

Good morning,

While surfing the web over the weekend looking for some new and different recipes and food to eat, I found this website.  www.genaw.com

Her name is Linda and she has sample menus and recipes that she has tried and posted...some with pictures.  I come across low carb recipes but not everyday ingredients....I am a simple hometown girl that does not cook with red wine, etc.  These recipes have the simple hometown ingredients and seem easy to prepare from salads to snacks.

Along with the menus and recipes, Linda shares her story.  I have printed off several recipe ideas and look forward to more variety.  I think that is one thing that throws me off the wagon, I get tired of the same ole same ole.....need a little variety in my life.

Tomorrow is weigh in day!  Been good all week and faithful with my exercise.  The scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks - I have corrected where I have failed.......so let's hope that scale moves.  If not, still moving forward.  But I have to say I do feel better and increased energy level.

Wishing everyone a bless day!
Have a blessed day!

Thanks for the web info, always looking for new recipes to try - I need variety too

Good luck with your weigh-day...Know how frustrating that can be, BUT you have the right attitude - moving forward regardless of the # on the scale, only way to succeed when you a couple years out is to keep plugging away...
