Here we go it's Monday and Lets move today !

Breakfast : Hot protein drink

snack:Midmorning:   Yogurt Greek

Lunch:    Chicken & green beans

Dinner:  Beef with salad

snack: protein bar

it's a great day make it count !

B - Special K Red Berries w/1% milk, coffee w/ ff creamer
s -  Cheese Stick
L - Chicken breast w/ 1/2 cup creamy italian noodles
S -  1/2 cup cottage cheese
D - Chicken with Green Beans

Cardio - Cleaning the house!  Including va******* and scrubbing the kitchen!
