Good Morning another day in massachusetts with no snow & ice is so Awesome but def weird we haven't had any really bad weather all winter usually we are in a deep freeze and covered with alot of snow..now its almost in the high 40's 50's which for us is march weather..hmmmm I wonder what its going to be like for the summer !

Anyway your food plan sounds like my day

Enjoy your beautiful weather.  It can turn on you when you are least expecting it.  We have gone from 20 up to 71 degrees in the last 2 1/2 weeks.  Freaky is definitely the word here.

Good Morning Botts:

It is a another great day here in Mississippi.  I finally got that closet cleaned out!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!!!! My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Cheese, crackers & 10 almonds
Dinner:  Egg & Cheese Omelet & Turkey Bacon
Snack:  Vanilla Protein Pudding w/SF Cool Whip with 2 biscotti

3:50 PM took a 40 minutes walk around my neighborhood

Good Morning BOTTS!

Im excited. Finally got my husband on board with the food and exercise. We are going to do WW Points Plus. Its something we have done together in the past and he can make sense of. I just have to make sure I use my points on protein. I went out an loaded up on shakes and mixes to make sure I get one in daily. We will be joining a small gym tomorrow as well. Its nice to have him motivated. Since he lost his job before the holidays he has been depressed and eating so the gym will give him something to do and at least on the days I dont cook, I know there will be a healthy meal in the works.

Today's Plan:

Coffee w/ cream
Banana
Pure Protein Shake
Zone bar and apple for lunch
Cheese stick
Grilled Chicken breast, brown rice and steamed broccoli

Zumba tonight!

Hi Mary:

I am so glad that your hubby is getting with the program.  When you have that home support, you know you can succeed.  The more he will get into it the better you have of reaching your goal.  Congratulations on getting him going!

B- Egg beaters, turkey bacon bits, and yoplait light
L- Fat free refried bean dip with chicken breast
Snack - Protein shake
Dinner- Chicken and broccoli and cauliflower
Snack - Protein shake

Wii Zumba 1 hour

Hopefully I can make it through the day without grazing.  That is my bad habit that I am going to kick.

And I made it thru the weekend without gaining...I hesitate to say it, but I'm actually down a little - hope I'm not jinxing myself ...Could be downward progression finally...

On to today:

B : protein coffee & 2 small sugar cookies ( & I ate them while drinking - double hand smack!)
S : fru-fru coffee
L : 2 breakfast sausage links, peas-n-carrots, & cucumber-n-onion salad
S : cheese stick & hard boiled egg
D : chocolate/banana protein shake (I think)

Cardio : 45 min high intensity Zumba & a short walk with Bella & DH

Alesia : start 249 / surgeon's goal 138 / current 142
