Hiya Botts:

Well I started that closet yesterday.  I got all five shelves cleaned out and packed up 1 large box for the attic, 1 box for donation and 1 box garbage.  I still have a long way to go but I got started.  Yay me!  My eats and cardio for today are:

10:30 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal
Snack:  Quest Bar
Lunch:  Quest Bar
Snack:  Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner:  Chicken Stirfry
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

Good Morning!!

Today includes studying for my state exam next month so I am not sure how much cardio I will get in,  Will have to monitor my eating to compensate!!

Loving the Quest bars!! Thanks to everyone who pointed me in the right direction!  So far, the apple pie is my most favorite!!

prebreakfast:  coffee
breakfast: 2 scrambled eggwhites, 1 slice of bacon, 1 piece of low carb bread for toast
snack: quest bar
lunch: chicken caesar salad (no dressing)
snack:  (not sure I will get this one in, since I will be sitting!!)
dinner: chicken, green beans

vitamins already done and fluids consumed.  Have a great day everyone!!

I glad you like the bars.  If you like almond joys, wait until you try the Coconut Cashew bar.  It is yummy!!

Short cardio today, but I ran almost a mile without stopping.  I guess the couch to 5k is paying off!  I weighed myself and have lost 8.5 pounds in two weeks.  YEAH for being back on track!!  Thanks everyone for the challenge.  Plus I see my surgeon in two weeks and am still up about 5 pounds, so I want to get that off too.

Awesome job on the weight lost.  It feels good to be going back in the right direction, doesn't it?  You will get that other five pounds off before you see the doctor doing what you are doing.  Keep it up.
