Good Morning Botts:

I am getting ready to go workout and then a much needed trip to Wally World (Walmart) for restocking.  My eats and cardio for today are:

9:00 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal with SF Cinnamon & Brown Sugar Syrup
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Vanilla Almond Bar
Snack:  Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner:  Homemade taco pizza
Snack;  NSA ice cream sandwich

My cardio for the day was supposed to be water aerobics.  I got to the Y to find out they had no instructor.  So instead I did a walked a 5k.  Wanted to do the one on the other side of town for the Super Bowl, but instead did it inside where it was warm and less crowded!

Late but not forgotten.  Drank my water however I did forget my vitamins this morning but I'm taking them now.  Unfortunately I found some fudge in the fridge and ate it.  Sad because I don't really like fudge that much.  No cardio today either.  Here's my menu:
