 Hey Botts,

TGIF!

What are you doing to make sure you stay on track for the weekend?

I am going to try and get back to my bag work.  Love, Love it and it's great for getting rid of stress.  My home is cheat food free so I can concentrate on clean eating easier as well.

What's your success plan?

Take care,
Kathy

I am sticking to my same plan as always but please send an extra prayer for me that I get my closet clean out.  I am really having issues will packing up my old clothes that do not fit anymore.  It is like I am scare to let go because I already failed once and I do not know what the future holds.  I think if I could do this, it would be such a great boost for me mentally that I have chosen to go forward and not look back.  Clothes should not have this much power over one person.

Good luck on cleaning your closet.
When i do that - I do keep some clothes that are 1-2 sizes bigger.  Pack them in bags and put them in boxes and label them.   But I only keep clothes that I really like... and sizes that I know I would not mind being... if I gain some.  I was once size 4-6... and I knew that 4 at my age was not a good size.  Talking about sunken checks, extra wrinkles, and transparent skin (no fat underneath) . When I was packing my clothes - I left all 6, and some 8... in a spare closet... Then packed size 10-12 (old 12 - like 8-10 today) in boxes.  I do not know what the future bring... and size some of them were classic - timeless pieces - I decided to keep that.
I still have size L-XL sweaters in my closet... Bu I do not mind them being too big.

Some clothes i donated or gave to friends... or family... (anything I did not like or did not wanted to keep).

Good luck - I know it is hard... I need to do that also.. I doplan to keep some my size 4... just in case...

Tess!  You can do it.  I need to clean out my closet too!  Maybe take some to consignment and you will have some spending money!

For me, I am spending some quality time with my kidlets this weekend.  We are planning to go swimming on Saturday for a bit and maybe sledding on Sunday if it isn't too cold.  Plus, cleaning and Just dance!  They love doing that.  I have planned our menu for dinners so hopefully things will go well!  Have a great weekend everyone!

I just started getting back on track this tuesday. I´ve been putting in my excercise and a good low carb plan. i´m terrified of the coming weekend. I think this has been a crucial breaking point for my diet the last year. Since we bought a condo on the beach (live in the tropics, summer all year! yay!) we´ve been enjoying it every weekend. But part of enjoying it for me, has been taking a vacation from my excercise and meal regimen.
I tallied it up and in a year I put on 28lbs.
I´m heartbroken but ready to take charge again.
I feel however, that if I don´t get weekend eating under control, then I won´t ever succeed at getting to my goal weight.
So this weekend is about having all my favorite snacks handy, and planning, planning planning. I already went to the grocery store and stocked up on YES items and bought absolutely no junk. Hopefully not having it around will make it easier.
Good luck to me and my first weekend back on track!
Be strong everyone!

My goal to stay on track this weekend is to do water aerobics at 8 am on Saturday and couch to 5k on Sunday. I start week 4 of 9.  Then every other minute of the day I will be studying for my first Anatomy test on Tuesday!  I will be too busy studying to even eat!  But I will.  I have to get an A in the course to be able to get into my  nursing program.

Hi BOTT,

Been away at a training class all week for my job and I am so glad to be home away from the temptation, junk food and stress.

My plan this week end is to clean out my body and get back on track.

Have a Good Weekend All...
