Friday, January 27th, Cardio & Cafe

Happy Friday Everybody:

Well I have to say that I had a interesting evening last night.  I told you that I overslept yesterday morning so I was going to do my cardio yesterday evening.  My husband and I decided to have Wendy's Chili for supper before we went to exercise.  I advise against this now.  About 20 minutes into my walk, my stomach started cramping, upset, cold sweats MAJOR dumping.  I sat on the toliet for 20 minutes and thought I was going to pass out.  Afterwards, when I got home I thought I was starving.  Normally, I would just go to bed but I absolutely had to have something to eat.  Then I felt better.  It was a strange evening for me.  Oh well, My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Lunch:  Quest Vanilla Almond Bar
Snack:  Cheese, Crackers & Grapes
Dinner:  Hamburger Sliders on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack:  NSA ice cream sandwich

i ordered quest bars the sample pack. i just recieved them today! i just ate about a 1/4 of it holy crap are they heavy LOL. i tired the apple pie, YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. ill eat the rest after my coffee!!

 Be sure to nuked them for about 15 seconds if you like them softer.  I always heat up the brownie, apple pie and the peanut butter supreme.  They are so yummy to me.

Sorry about ur dump Tess.  I have no problems with any foods at this time due to my band being very loose. 
Got my water in early this morning, and did 15 minutes on treadmill and did a few exercises with weights for about five minutes.  Eating well today.

Good Morning and TGIF!!

Didnt end up going out to lunch yesterday, so I had a garden salad with shrimp for lunch. Did pretty well yesterday even when I got home and found Shake n Bake pork chops, stuffing and yellow corn for dinner. smh. Still managed to stay within range though :)

Todays menu:

Coffee w/ cream
Tried an Eggwhite/turkey sausage flatbread sandwich from DD. Could only eat half of it, so Im hoping that means I'll have a small pouch day. Yay!
Banana
Garden Salad and Zone Bar
Cheese Stick
Maybe I can get my grilled chicken and baked sweet potato tonight!

 Yay!  you did good!  I wish I liked shrimp.  They have so much good protein and so low in calories.  I have tried to eat them on several different occassions and I just can not stand the chewiness of them.  They seem to expand in my mouth if I don't swallow them quick enough and if I swallow them to quick, then they hang up because I didn't chew them well enough.   Catch 22.

Friday, do-do-do,TGIF its Friday (hum the song with me)

Know I'm going out tonight so my friday food list is very clear-cut so I can leave wiggle room for dinner in a restaurant (even though I will share with DH, we almost always have what he wants to order which may not be the healthiest cooking style on the menu)...

Goal for the weekend is to weigh Monday morning, the same as this morning...

Pre B : mini lemon petit four (really needed a taste of sweet when I woke up this morning)
B : protein coffee
S : balance nimble PB bar
S : fru-fru coffee
L : fudge power crunch bar with a smear of pb
S : sf pudding with choc protein added

Cardio : 45 min high intensity ZUMBA & total of a mile split up in 2, walking with Bella
