Friday, January 27th, Cardio & Cafe
Well I have to say that I had a interesting evening last night. I told you that I overslept yesterday morning so I was going to do my cardio yesterday evening. My husband and I decided to have Wendy's Chili for supper before we went to exercise. I advise against this now. About 20 minutes into my walk, my stomach started cramping, upset, cold sweats MAJOR dumping. I sat on the toliet for 20 minutes and thought I was going to pass out. Afterwards, when I got home I thought I was starving. Normally, I would just go to bed but I absolutely had to have something to eat. Then I felt better. It was a strange evening for me. Oh well, My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Peanut Butter Bar
Lunch: Quest Vanilla Almond Bar
Snack: Cheese, Crackers & Grapes
Dinner: Hamburger Sliders on Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich

Sorry about ur dump Tess. I have no problems with any foods at this time due to my band being very loose.
Got my water in early this morning, and did 15 minutes on treadmill and did a few exercises with weights for about five minutes. Eating well today.

Good Morning and TGIF!!
Didnt end up going out to lunch yesterday, so I had a garden salad with shrimp for lunch. Did pretty well yesterday even when I got home and found Shake n Bake pork chops, stuffing and yellow corn for dinner. smh. Still managed to stay within range though :)
Todays menu:

Tried an Eggwhite/turkey sausage flatbread sandwich from DD. Could only eat half of it, so Im hoping that means I'll have a small pouch day. Yay!

Know I'm going out tonight so my friday food list is very clear-cut so I can leave wiggle room for dinner in a restaurant (even though I will share with DH, we almost always have what he wants to order which may not be the healthiest cooking style on the menu)...
