Back On Track Together

Hello all,
I'm so excited to have found this group!!! I had FINALLY said "No More!!! Get BACK on track Tonya!". I had RNY Feb 07 & did so well at the begining a REAL life changer. In the last 1 1/2 yr : The Hotel I work at was flooded, work hours cut for 6 months, I lost my Dad, finally got my Ex to move away(for his own sake!),got engaged, married & bought a new house. With the stressers I TOTALLY went off my Rules. I've gained from 130 to 153 ( at the begging of my journey I was 162)during that time. I hit bottom feeling bad about me & decided THIS time I going to do it. And on that DAY I came back & found YOU! I haven't yet put my meals out there. But I am writing them down. I'm starting Fittness classes at work & drinking LOTS of water & have cut out ALL soda(they were my biggest downfall). I think beinging accountable by posting here & keeping track of my meals & water intake is going to REALLY make a difference! So Thank You Kathy for seeing my Main Forum post & invitingme! You ROCK!!!
