Back On Track Together
Help I need support from a fellow RNY !!!!
OK, today is MY day to get back on track ! As many of you I started eating the cookies and sweets at the holidays. My lowest weight was 151 today Iwas 164.5 YIKES what was I thinking? Breakfast was light, cup of coffee with a 1/4 cupof skim milk and a ChocoRite Cappuccino Protein drink 24protein, no sugar. I always stay on track during the day but dinner and evenings are killers for me.
I am determined to get these extra pounds OFF.

Good job in the am Mary..now as for the rest of the day..have on hand protien bars and nuts for that crunch craving..I treat myself to a protien bar a day almost like a secret treat..lol but that pb choc high protien low sugar bar helps me so much..dinner has been chicken or steak with grilled veggies or salad..you can do it..have boiled eggs in the frige also that helps with red hot on it..a little zing..

Everything went great yesterday. Today not a total mess but a wee little off track. I'm not going to beat myself up though.....I've been way better today, even if I was off a little, than a week ago. Tomorrow is waiting for me to be 100% on track, and I CAN DO IT !
