I'm Back....and so glad your here !!!
Hi BOTT group..I'm 4 yrs post op from my RYN as of Sept 2nd and going on 2yr post op PS for Panuelectomy & Breast reduction.. I really need a buddy to check in with to encourage each other ..I weighed myself today and that was it I gained another 5 pounds since Sept this is not good..I am starting my protein shakes today for 3 to 5 days to see how i do..I do not want this weight to come back on.
.I worked to hard getting it off.
.and maintaining for 3 yrs.
I live in Massachusetts so if anyone is close by South Shore maybe we can hook up and walk..the Malls or outside
if the weather permits..all I know is this weight has got to come off.. I slipped into my bad habits of sweets and candy..pasta..argh.
..enough said time to clean out the pouch !!
but I need your help & support..together we can do it..
