Hey Y'all!  Freezing cold here so no walking outside that is for sure! 

B - Coffee w/ff creamer, 2 scrambled eggs, cheese stick
s- Cheese stick, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
L - 1 serving spaghetti with meat sauce
D - Baked chicken breast with taco seasoning, green beans.

H2O, H2O......

For exercise tonight I'm doing the Just Dance on my Wii for 30 - 45 minutes depending on my crappy knee!

My cardio for the day is an hour of water aerobics.  My arms are like jello!!

Had a good day with my foods & exercise.  Didn't get in enough water though.  Still need to work on it.

22 min. Weight Training
