Hiya Botts:

Hard to believe but our temperature for today is going to be 70 degrees!!  Of course, we will be under severe weather this afternoon with chance of tornando, hail, high winds, and thunderstorms, (no biggee).  Oh well, my eats and cardio for today are:

3:00 PM 1 hour walk on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Hi Lo Maple Cereal w/1% milk
Snack:  Quest Apple Pie
Lunch:  Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Snack:  biscotti
Dinner:  Meat Loaf & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Cold and misty here.
Slept over 10 hrs. Unusual for me. Missed breakfast .... normal when you sleep till 11...lol..
Plan to see a movie today. We saw one last night.... but it was too brutal for me...The Girl with a Dragon tattoo ... so today we going for three Chipmunk's movie. Something sweet and nice.

Eats :
Coffee + al milk
Yogurt with proteins.
Flatout wrap with cheese...
protein shake...
chicken veggie soup.
Butternut squash soup wih eggs.

Probably will walk for at least 30 min....

Hi everyone!

Cardio:

Let's see so far my cardio has been shoveling the snow off the car, and in my parking spot lol. But, I plan to do 20 minutes or so on my stationary bike.


Breakfast:  1 egg, rye and pump bread, 1 tsp. of butter

Snack:        granola bar

Lunch:        grilled chicken, veggie salad, pepper jack cheese, light ranch dressing

Snack:        protein shake  with 1/2 banana, 3 strawberries

Dinner:       Hormel Compleats cheese manicotti with meat sauce

Snack:        roasted veggie crackers, and  a Laughing Cow light swiss cheese wedge

Hello BOTT,

My weekend was a total bust this weekend...spending time with the grand and my great-niece.  Junk, fast-food and more junk were the meal of the day.  No McDonald's, or Burger King, but we did but away some pizza & wings.  I indulged in Wendy's Chili (a rarity) an pizza.  I think the only think that saved me was the shoveling of the snow for 45-50 minutes whee I worked up quite a sweat.

It's back on track today as the weather warms, and the snow begins to melt.
