Thursday, January 19th, Cardio & Cafe
Hi Botts:
Another hot day in the gym again today. They are going to try and get the thermostat fixed today. I hope so. I feel like I am sweating to the oldies and I am the oldie. My eats and cardio today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill (510 calories burn)
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner: Chili
Snack: NSA ice cream sandwich Skinny Cow
Have a great Thursday today and don't forget your vits and fluids.

Good Morning Tess & all my fellow BOTers :
I'm clocking in early today, figured the best way to stay ahead of the cals for the day was to put them in as I was planning food for the day...We're going out to dinner, I know the restaurant its a local place, menu varies but tonights special is ribs - might eat a bite of DH's but will order something else off the appetizer menu for myself...
Pre B - 2 prunes
B - coffee with protein added
S - fru/fru coffee
S - 2 breakfast sausage links & a cheese stick
L - plain greek yogurt with mix-ins :banana , SF davinci caramel & 1/4 Kashi crunch ( makes a
great meal & it's super filing)
D - unknown, maybe shrimp ****tail?
Only cardio today will be walking the puppy, she is loaded with energy, especially at night when the rest of us are ready to slow down ...probably 1-4-1/3 mile around a few blocks
Total cals before dinner is factored in 645 - got a little wiggle room...

Morning! I managed to get in an extra 20 minutes with my Zumba game last night!!! Yeah me.

I am really struggling here. My husband seems to be having more seizures and I am so concentrated on him I find I just don't have the energy to take care of me. I know, I know I need to but it's so hard. No excuses,
Going to try to do better today.

10 grain toast with almond butter

Salad with tuna
Dinner
Salmon, veggies and whole grain rice.
Snack
Yogurt
Don't feel I can leave my husband so I need to do a dvd

Life certainly seems to throw us curve balls. I'm sorry to hear about your husband. It must be so heartbreaking to watch him have these seizures.
Please remember, that you need to take care of yourself. You can't take care of anyone else if your not healthy. Find a healthy outlet for your stress, even if it's stretching by his bedside.
I will be praying for both of you. Keep the Faith!
