Happy, Happy Hump Day Botts:

Had a very "HOT" workout today.  Someone messed with the thermostat at the gym last night and had it set on 71 degrees.  Let's just say that this woman can really "sweat".  My eats for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Coconut Cashew Bar
Snack:  Cheese, Crackers & Grapes
Dinner:  Steak Taco
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

Good Morning,
I have taken my vitamins, drank 32 oz of water working on my so I am happy. Planned a good menu for today. Hoping not to alter it with anything that will derail me. Been popping cough drops and I think its for the sweet taste so today its not happening. I don't have a cold.

Hi Tess... bright and early as always.   I really wanted to try the quest bars ... but my few attempts to order some... the site crashed. I guess will try another day.

I slept on a bed last night.  All night... yippee... and wake up breathing... and with no sinus headache... lol... that is a definite progress... My cat was so happy... she really likes her pillow... and loves when we  sleep on a bed... and not on a chair... 

Exercise - just moving... that need to be enough.  I may go shopping (groceries) after work today.,.. that would be enough...lol.. But even with no exercise - my weight is stable... no up or down... so that is great. But I can feel getting flabby. Can't wait to try my new yoga mat... that I got for Christmas. Even got some yoga lessons... (groupon thingy)

eats:

protein coffee (x 2 total 50+ gr proteins- over 3 hrs)
soup -veggies + meat... 
pork loin + veggies
yogurt with proteins and some blueberries. (if I can find blueberries)
some meat ...and veggies.

 Yay for the bed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I am so glad that you are feeling better, just don't over do it.  If you are going to the grocery store that will be a workout so you will be fine.  Have you bought much through Groupon?  I have not signed up on it and was just wondering how it actually worked.  Also, you could always take a nap on the new yoga mat.....just saying...............

lol... Love groupon.  Really. And Living social. So far - have only regrets one or 2 purchases. Everything else - it has been great. My BF and I were able to try new restaurants - some that are usually too expensive (IMO), but nice.   Other places - we wanted to try and with groupon was a great deal.  Same with other.  Most restaurant places is too much for just one post op RNY person.  But 2 people - it is great.  And I have the smartphone app so I can always just pull them out - when we are out.  Not need to even print them.
Have a lot of coupons I need to use.  I do (try not to) buy some that I normally do not use.   Some I bought as a gift.  Most is for me and my sweetie.
Sleeping on the new yoga mat is not an option... It is new so it has "smell" to it... lol. But I have it out and it is getting better.  (the smell).
I still cough a lot (draining) so breathing is still an issue... the grocery shopping will be as much as I will do today...  May try to start using my treadmill weekend or next week.  Depends on how things progress. 

BTW: the people who advertise with groupon I think get only 1/2 of what the groupn charges. But it is publicity, and marketing, and most places - unless you are really careful - you will spend more than a groupon on 2 people.  Tips and tax are extra.

Welcome to Back on Track Together.  I have been watching you post on the Main Board for awhile now.  I glad you have decide to post on here with us.  We try to motivate any and all who asked and mainly, it is just nice to check in and say hi sometimes.  Let me know if I can help you in any way, this is a good place to come and get back to loosing.  Welcome aboard.

Cardio:
Not really cardio, but did 30 minutes of yoga before work, 30 minutes of treadmill scheduled after work.

Skiing has been good this year, but the snowfall dropped a lot the past few weeks, so hopefully it will kick in again soon!
