Hi Botts:

I am having a terrific morning today scale wise.  I have been holding at 162 for three weeks now and this morning I got up and weighed 158.2. Whoo Hoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited.  I did my cardio at the gym this morning and below are my eats for today! I hope everyone sees a scale victory or a non scale victory today.  Have a great one!

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill (Burned 505 calories)

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Cinnamon Bun Bar
Snack:  Cheese, Crackers & Grapes
Dinner:  Manwich wraps
Snack:  NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

Glad u r having a great scale day Tess, congrats on the loss.
No cardio as yet but I have schedule 30 minutes on my stationary bike.  So far I've followed through on my exercise planned.  Vitamins taken and working on my water intake.  Decaf coffee is a given.  Here's whats on my plate today.

Tess, you are truly inspiration.  Congratulation on the loss.  

I ma slowly (sooo... slowly) recovering from what I believe was a flu.

Wake up early this morning, but after taking the meds and some supplements got so dizzy... and had to lay down... Eating was out of the question.  But starting now.  All is good.

Eats:
Coffee + al milk
yogurt with proteins and blueberries
soup (home made)
pork with Brussels sprouts.
peanuts (snack)
soup.  or chicken in tika Marsala sauce.
 apple or clementine... maybe

Really gloomy day here this morning. I hate it when you need the lights on during the day, ugh.

1 cup nf yogurt with fresh strawberries and scoop of protein

Salad with greens, 1 cup of veggies and 4 oz of shrimp

String cheese
Dinner
6 ozs of fish, mixed veggies and salad.

Cardio
kick boxing

how many hours do you eat in between meals?
i wake up so early my first eat is at 6am and then now that school is starting back up im up till 11pm

my nutritionist always said no more than 4 hours between meals/snacks

 I have my coffee at 6:30 AM, My Shake at 7:15 AM, My protein bar at 10:00 AM, Lunch at 12:00 PM, Snack at 3:45 PM, Dinner at 6:00 PM, Last snack at 8:00 PM.  I get up at 4:50 AM and I go to bed at 10:00 PM.  This schedule keeps my blood sugar normal and no spikes in hunger.
