Good morning!

Cardio: WATP with body boost cables

Breakfast: oatmeal (raisin/dates) with almond milk

Snack: boiled egg

Lunch: beef, whole wheat bread, mixed veggies

Snack: peanuts

Dinner: salmon, brown rice, black beans

Snack: protein shake

Good morning! I'm probably the only one that's glad the weekend is over, my DH worked and I didn't do anything all weekend bu****ch football and read...boring!

Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries
Snack ~ protein bar
Lunch ~ Smart Ones
Dinner ~ not sure just yet I need to go look in the freezer and see what looks good. I'll fill it in later.
Snack ~ probably a protein drink

Exercise ~ did boot camp this morning from 6-7
may go back later and put in a little time on the treadmill, my grandkids are coming over for a little bit so if they don't stay too long I'll go on back.

We will miss you!  Have a safe trip.  My first week eating my carb buster plan wa**** and miss.  I am feeling better now as work seems to be getting back to normal (fingers crossed).

Turkey roll, LF lunch meat with mustard and SF pickle

grilled fish, salad and 1/2 sweet potato

yogurt with SF syrup and strawberries

Cardio
Zumba

I suck at vitamins so I am going to start logging them too

 Good morning!!!  Everyone at work is doing weigh****chers and since everything is point driven, I've jumped on their band wagon (without paying any prices)...I have my calculator, I have my total number of points allowed...the biggest challenge from what I see is actually eating the amount of points they want.  I'm at 27 points and my protein shake alone is 6 points (and that fills me up for half the day!)..but here goes...this girl needs some structure and guidance and what I've been doing hasn't worked at all for me.  

Breakfast/Snack-Protein Shake-6 (52 grams of protein)
Lunch-chicken patty-5
Snack-Yoplait yogurt-3
McDonalds Bacon Cheeseburger-8 (this isn't normal, but I've been craving it for about a week)
SF Fudgepop-2

We'll see how this works for me...I haven't been starving but I've been so bored lately and this has given me so many choices...as long as I get that protein shake in...we'll give this a month and see if anything is lost.  I feel like I'm going to be eating more food on this than my previous plan...

Has anyone else tried WW?

      Nature does her best to teach us. The more we overeat, the harder she makes it for us to get close to the table.

I know that there are some people who do WW post op WLS.
I did not and I ma pretty sure that would not work for me. With RNY, and RH (reactive hypoglycemia) I go as a side effect - I am extremely sensitive to carbs (even complex) so the WW points will be just a tease for me.  To look at food and see what I can't have...

I know that modfied Atkins works for me.  Very low net crabs(

Safe travels Deb. 

I came down with the flu this morning and am still feeling yuck.  One of my grown son's, who's birthday is tomorrow, also came down with the flu today.  Guess it's going around.  I even had a flu shot this year because we have 2 lil' granddaughters under 1.  Must be a strain they missed. 

Foods did not spend alot of time in my system before they came back up, but I'll post them anyway. 
No exercise, unless spending the day in bed or on the couch counts.  Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.

I may have done better or worse, over all consumption of food, I am not sure. spent a lot of time at off schedule, coffee for breakfast. home for lunch, unhealthy food, but better than the orginal choice of drive through. tomales are my current downfall. think I have had two today.
40 oz of coffee and 20 oz of crystal lite. veggies for dinner sounds good reality is mostly carby ones.
overall sad and emotionally exhausting day. tomorrow should be better. we shall see.
