Monday Cardio/Cafe
Good morning BOTTers!
Hopefully, everyone had a good one! I, myself was lost, without posting and following my plan. No one to blame but myself. Today, I'm planning on getting my house together, I'm going to Ohio tomorrow, to check on my stepmom. I'll be gone for until Thursday. So THAT will definately be a workout!!!
My food plan:
Breakfast - 2 mini frittata's
Snack - click
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - mexican chicken roll w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good luck on the trip.
Up and trying to wake up. I slept on a bed (due to the flu I slept on a chair last few days) and survived.
My cat wake me up at 5. Darn. Cardio - just moving around. Probably will try some walking and stretching.

Good Morning Botts:
My workout got cut in half this morning due to gas smells in the gym. I worked out for 30 minutes before we were told to leave. I wished I had left sooner as I feel a little nauseous. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 30 minutes on Treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Pure Peanut Butter Bar
Snack: Cheese, crackers & Grapes
Dinner: Chicken Salad on Whole Wheat Mini Sandwich thin
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice cream Sandwich

I have been out of site, but this group has definitely been on my mind. I hate when my computer doesn't coorperate, and my workload at work sometimes doesn't permit. Hopefully, this stupid but necessary piece of technolgy will wor****il I can afford to purchanse a new one.
With that being said how is everyone? Deb, I pulled out the Bodybug and re-synced it with my computer. I need a new armband, but I think I fiqured out a fix for the velcro...Monster Glue!
I am off from work today because of the MLK Holiday, and I'm suppose to attend a Zumbathon from 9a -1p. I have never been to a Zumba anything so this will b most interesting. I've got a load of firewood to move from my car to the bin so I won't be hitting any gyms today.

Decaf Coffee w/Hazelnut Creamer
B - Eggbeaters -Egg white Spinach Omelet w/PepperJack Cheese
2 slices Turkey Bacon
S- Chobani Strawberry - Banan Yogurt
L - Salmon Pattie w/Field greens salad - FF Italian Dressing
D - Grilled Chicken w/Garlic Spinach & Tomato

My BodyBugg has been busy. Even though I haven't been able to exercise, I've gone over my goal everyday! But body does not stop moving from the time I get up at 2:00 a.m. until 9:00, everyday! You can also try some adhesive velcro or 24 hr Fitness sells just the bands. Good for you, now get that BB moving!!!
