Good Morning Botts:

I am having a lazy morning today.  The weather is cold and my blankets were too warm today.  I plan on getting some cardio this afternoon, but my eats are as follows:

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Oatmeal with Brown Cinnamon SF Syrup
Snack:  Quest Cinnamon Bun Bar
Lunch:  Ham & Cheese Wrap
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers with grapes
Dinner:  Meatloaf w/Green Beans
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow ice cream bar

Have a warm and blessed Sunday today and remember your vits and fluids.

Slowly getting better. Slept really well last night. Woke up at 9....
eats today :
coffee w al milk
meat and veggies omelet pineapple
protein muffins
Protein shake
chicken tika -Masala, veggies
yogurt w proteins and fruits...

Cardio - I am up. That will have to do today. Some walking. And house work

Good afternoon, BOTTS!

Cardio: 20 minutes on stationary bike

Breakfast: Protein shake

Snack: Boiled egg

Lunch:
Sabrett Beef hot dog with whole wheat bun, mixed veggies

Snack: Peanuts

Dinner: Salmon with mixed veggies

Snack: Pepper Jack cheese, with roasted vegetable crackers

Hi Botts:

I got guilty and went to the gym this afternoon.  I got my 1 hour on the treadmill done and some weights for my arms.  I changed my dinner menu to homemade hamburger pizza (on the pita bread).  It is baking right now and smells yummy.  I let you know tomorrow how it was.  Have a great evening.

I'm a little late checking in!  For cardio today I did the week 2 day 1 of the couch to 5k and then played in the pool with my niece and nephew for about an hour.
