Back On Track Together
Saturday January 14th Cafe and Cardio
It was extremely hard to get out of the warm bad and go into the darkness and cold of the morning but I did it.
I hope everyone has a great weekend and make sure you have a plan to stay on track for the weekend.
Breakfast
1/2 cup of oatmeal, 1/2 banana and 1 teas of flax seeds
Lunch
Green salad, 1 cup of mixed veggies and 4 ozs of tuna, TJ's LF dressing
Snack
1 cup of yogurt and fresh strawberries
Dinner
Grilled salmon, grilled veggies
Cardio
20 mins on the Elliptical
Have a Bott Day!!!!
