Hi Botts:
It's a chilly day with temps in the 30's right now. Just got back from the gym and had a really good workout. My eats and cardio today are:
7:15 AM 1 hour on treadmill (still burning 500 calories)
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Hi Lo Maple Protein Cereal
Snack: Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Lunch: 3 oz Steak & Salad w/dressing on the side
Snack: Chocolite Bar Triple Fudge
Dinner: Protein Shake
Snack: Cheese & Crackers with grapes
Have a great day and don't forget your vits and fluids. Going shopping today with my daughter and looking forward to burning a few more calories with her.

Start feeling better. Not there yet...but finally improvement. I went to the doc on Monday and he gave me a few scripts, one of them antibiotic. At the same time he told me that I most likely had viral infection. I think he gave me the antibiotic to prevent bacterial infection. I filled the script but decided not to take them. Antibiotics always make me sick (abdominal issues) and it takes forever to restore my gut Flora after that. I watch my symptoms to make sure I am not getting bacterial infection. So far so good. My BF took antibiotics and he is recoveribg at the same paste. Except he already has the runs.
Anyway... eats today :
coffee w al milk
egg omelet, pineapple slice
2 protein muffins (baked them this morning)
protein -nuts loaf..
protein shake
protein muffins
out for dinner -not sure but some meat /fish w veggies
yogurt with proteins and fruits

Had a million things to do today. However life is good and I'm working plan. Have not done any cardio today but might ride my stationary bike today just to change it up a bit. Had a potato today and find that I was full for a long time. To tell the truth it wasn't worth the carbs (32), I'm trying to keep it at 50, so today I've gone over. I need to do better with my fats too. I will get balanced. Here's my menu:
