Day 2 & 3 of Carb Buster Plan
Hi Botts,
Work has me so bogged down I don't know if I am coming or going. Yesterday was hard only becasue I didn't take the time to eat through out the day and then was very hungry at night. Hello this is so basic and I know better. I did ok and stayed with the food on the plan.
Today I am trying hard to find time to eat. Must admit I know my body is getting clean as the headaches are going away and I feel the energy comging back WOO HOO

I have had a similar experience. When I miss a scheduled meal/snack or am just plain late with it, it does not matter that I make it up, it like I am now starving and have a void I can not fill up. I try to avoid missed meals as much as possible. Even when I go to the mall and shop and know we are going to eat there, if 12:00 comes and I am not sitting in a restaurant, then I will be eating a protein bar now and a salad later.
I am so glad your headaches are leaving and the energy is coming back. Stay with it.

Wow, something must be in the air, I'm in the same boat! I couldn't figure why I was dragging, I looked at the clock and it was 2:55. Out running around and not even thinking about bringing anything with to snack on. Tonight, I plan on making some ham and cheese rolls in baggies. This was I can pull a pack out of the fridge, while running out the door.
