Hi back on OH after a long time. I am treying to get my act back together. My highest weight was 334 after r-n-y my lowest 167. I have been bad ..back up to 212. Gotta turn it around. My surgery was dec of 2007. I have been reading post and am happy to see there is hope. MY pouch is not strected out...I am fairly sure of this. I think I graze. I will start journaling food and counting calories again. All help and suggestions is welcome.  I am not depressed, I just like food. I have added too may carbs. Gonna get rid of them.
Success to you all

I think carbs creeping in is a common topic with the regain issues.
I used to have a strict nothing over 18-20 carbs per serving. When I began checking recenty I noticed some of the things I eat are as hi as 38 per servingThats gotta change again.
What is important is we realize our issues and make changes, as long as we act on making things better it is never to late.

Been there and back.  You can do it.  I had a regain of 70 lbs.  I have now lost 63 lbs. of it and back in my comfort zone in 8 months.  Cut those wonderful, sliding carbs out, don't drin****il 30 minutes after meals, and find some kind of exercise that you will do faithfully.  Journal everyday, this is the key to responsibility for ourselves.  This pouch is a wonderful tool, it just needs a good operator!   I have finally got my learner's permit.
