Happy Hump Day Botters:

Another rainy day here in Mississippi.  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on treadmill (6.5 incline, 3.4 miles=500 calorie burn) yay!

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers & Grapes
Dinner:  Tuna Salad on whole wheat sandwich thins
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

Have a happy day and smile.  Don't forget your vits and fluids.

 I didn't post yesterday as I was sick and had 0 sleep the night before and my baby had her 6 month shots and our whole family was fairly traumatized at the experienced.  I did no cardio, I didn't have anything horrible but I stayed on no direct eating plan and I even considered McDonalds as nothing comforts quite like the greasiest french fry...I munched on Chinese food all day and had NSA vanilla ice cream right before bedtime.

Today is a new day, I feel better and I got sleep and my hair looks great.

Breakfast-Coffee, splenda, creamer, syrup x2
Snack-Protein shake
Lunch-chicken and yogurt
Snack-protein bar (I found a granola chocolate one that I'm addicted to...it tastes like actual food!)
Dinner-chicken patty, 2 tbls of country gravy and some sort of veggie...
Snack-either NSA ice cream or a fudge pop 

Back to work today so I'm going to walk my tush off!

      Nature does her best to teach us. The more we overeat, the harder she makes it for us to get close to the table.

Just let it go.  It sounds like you went through a lot yesterday ,we all go through days like that.  Your food plan looks good today, try to stick to it as best as you can.  You CAN do it!!!

Having a good start today and hope things stay great for all of you today too.
Did do 30 minutes on treadmill yesterday so hopefully today will be the same.

Good morning BOTTers!
It's going to be 50 degrees again today!!! I'll be taking that pups for a nice long walk. My food plan:
Breakfast - crustless quiche
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ham and cheese roll
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - steak fajitas w/l.c. tortilla and beans
Snack - fage w/s.f. kaluah

 Hi Deb:

All your foods look really yummy today especially the steak fajitas.  umm...I made switch my tuna for steak taco tonight.  I already took the company dog for a chilly 40 degree walk this morning in the misty rain.  I hope that dog knows how much I love him......

Tess, you are doing just great.

I am getting bit better.  I was able to get up today (slept on a chair again), get coffee, shower and get dressed.  And only needed to rest 3 times in between tasks.

My nose is raw from rubbing. I stopped by CVS and bought tissues with lotions - that really makes a difference.  Just have to remember not to try to wipe my glasses with that..lol.
eats today:
coffee + al milk
peanuts (what? that's what I could eat. better than nothing... lol)
ham with pickles...
soup +  egg
more soup
not sure... but something...

need to eat. need to drink lots of water. need to take vitamins.

Glad to hear you are feeling some better.  I like to use chapstick or vaseline on the edges of my nose when it is raw from rubbing/blowing during allergy/cold season.
