I am still sick. Viral infection.
In pain, very tired. Eat what I can. Wish I could just eat fruits... but my BS would crash, so I am eating proteins... with some carbs..
coffee + al milk
flat out with PB
sunflower nuts
clementines
apples, nuts, ham
ham + flat out
pork with mushrooms.
grapefruit + nut butter
snacking on sunflower seeds,
Hope that food would keep my BS stable.. I do eat at least every 2 hrs..
drink a lot of water, teas.
Tomorrow need to be a better day.

Well I Zumba'd so hard yesterday that I pulled a muscle or somthing in my knee and it's been killing me since last night. I had hoped to try to find some alternative exercise for today, but in the end I had my granddaughter until 9pm so no exercise for today. Bummed but hopeful that my knee will be better tomorrow and I can back to business.

I posted a reply earlier to your question but somewhere it got lost. The quest bars keep me full for longer periods of time and I really enjoy eating them. I only get hungry if I miss a scheduled meal/snack. As a mail carrier the bars will be really convenient to you, will not melt and actually taste better when heated up and will really substain you for longer periods on your route.
