Had a great workout this morning.  My eats and cardio for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour on walk on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Quest Lemoncake Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  Roast & Green Beans
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow ice cream bar

 I did not realize how much I missed my internet at home until I went without it for a week.  I love posting early in the morning and not having to sneak around at work and post.  I hope everybody is working there plan today too.  Good walking for you on the treadmill too!

Still haven't excersized since Sat- oh the shame. At the very least Im going to do some xbox kinect dancing tonight:)

S- cottage cheese
L- Crockpot Chicken Tortilla soup with cilantro and cheese
S- Protein Shake
D- Something with ground beef- I must use it today:)

 My daughter has been doing Zumba for the last 5 days and has lost 3 lbs.  I think she cut out one snack but pretty much eats the same everyday.  Good luck on dancing tonight.  I tell her all the time to "rock that booty".

Good afternoon all!

I haven't posted in a few days but have stayed on track and doing some type of exercise every day.  Today was "Weigh Day" and I lost 7.5 lb.   

I enjoy reading all your posts on what you are eating; it gives me new ideas.  Sometimes I get in a rut by eating the same ole things.

Hope all is well with everyone out there!

I see you are using the Quest bars.  I have not tried them and wondered your opinion and if they curb your appetite?

I love the quest bars.  I just order 3 more boxes today.  They do curb my appetite and keep me feeling full longer.  The brownie bar has 170 calories and only 5 net carbs.  Awesome!  I love all the flavors except berry bliss, PB & J and Strawberry Cheesecake.  They are okay but would be my last choice.  My favorite is the brownie and Peanut Butter Supreme but I have a feeling that the Coconut Almond bar will rank right up front too.
