Getting the hang of logging my foods
I am really, really amazed at the JUNK I let slip into my diet. I've been logging my food since the 2nd and am blown away at the carb/fat/protein ratio that I've actually been taking in...DAILY!
I'm definitely more aware of WHAT I am putting in my mouth since I've put the rule in place that EVERYTHING must be logged.
I even had to log the 7 cookies I ate today .WTH??? 7 cookies!
I'm not perfect....and never will be, but I am trying to do better than I did yesterday.

I am with you! I actually sent all the carbs to work with my husband. I am trying to eat no carbs for a week or 2. When he leaves for work I clean up the kitchen, turn the light off, close the pantry door and only sneak into the fridge at snack and lunchtime for my chicken breast. When I passed up my SW last year I realized things had to change! Just me
Justme,
I couldn't go a day without some type of carb....I'm just not that strong. But I am letting the teenager dispose of the junk foods(Trust me when I say he can afford the extra calories, he's 6ft.2 @180lbs). DH and I have discussed that we need to plan better for our NEEDS instead of feeding our wants.
