Wow are we great or what!!!
I just finished reading all the Monday cafe/cardio and I can't get over how well everyone is doing. Jogging, Zumba, Yoga...a whole bunch of extra movement. Although we are approaching the diets differently, we are all searching for life style changes and taking off the pounds to keep them off. I am so glad we have this group to share ideas with. I find this takes real commitment but I think 2012 is going to be a great year for us! Just me
