I have a carb/sugar headache today but that is to be expected.  May do aome walking around the mall but nothing too hard today.  I love Sundays, and when the weather is cold it's snuggle time  

Breakfast
1/3 of my egg white veggie omelet
Lunch
Salad with TJ's NF dressing and 4 oz of grilled salmon
Dinner
6 oz of grilled chicken and 2 cups of steamed mix veggies
Snack
String cheese
May add a protein drink in here since the carb buster is kinda low on protein.

Good morning Kathy and Botts:

I had another awesome workout today on the treadmill.  I have boost the incline up to 7.0 at 3.5 miles and am burning 475 calories a hour.  Wow!  My eats and cardio today are:

9:30 AM 1 hour on treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Brownie quest bar
Snack:  Biscotti
lunch:  Lemon quest bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers
Dinner:  BBQ Chicken & Corn Casserole
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Have a great day today.  I hope to have my internet at home restored tomorrow.  Please cross your fingers for me.

Snack - Sliced Green Apple with Laughing Cow Cheese

L: 1/4 cup chicken breast and 1/2 side salad (went out to lunch and brought most of my food home to warm for my husband tonight)

 Oh, I've been a bad girl...

Last night we had a slumber party where all the girls watched chickflicks and the guys played video games in the next room...

I'm just going to post it here...because I didn't know last night what I'd be eating.  
S-coffee to keep me awake, it was actually chai tea grande with soy and yeah, I did whip...
Dinner Saturday night-pulled pork sandwich, 3 tablespoons of pasta salad with shrimp and fake crab...and then 2 bacon wraps...
S-*SIGH* about 6 potato chips dipped in french onion dip and then about 15 puffs with fake butter seasoning...all I know was that it was bad, like so good it had to be bad for you.

Sunday =c) New day...and I was thrown off schedule.

Breakfast-had to get all the kids together this morning, including hubby, missed it.
S-on the way home, I got a sugar-free mocha but I don't think the part that makes it the mocha was sugar-free because she may have used chocolate and she wasn't the brightest barista in the world. 
Lunch-I had 4 halves of mini sweet peppers with about a 1/4 of a teaspoon of cream cheese in it and then a bacon wrapped around it and then a regular bacon wrap...
Snack-I fell asleep as I had only 2 hours of sleep the night before...
Dinner-I'm back on track!  Yes I am!  I'm going to have 2 oz of chicken 
S-fudge pop or protein shake... I think protein shake...maybe I'll have the protein shake NOW as my snack since I just woke up....

Tomorrow is a new day....I refuse to weigh myself.  REFUSE.  

      Nature does her best to teach us. The more we overeat, the harder she makes it for us to get close to the table.

I've been working on BOTT fairly well the last several days-now to publicly be accountable.
Before breakfast: Coffee w/powdered creamer
B: Turkey Burger,1/2C steamed veggies
L: Tuna, string cheese, almonds
D: 2 slices turkey w/2tsp pesto, 1/2C chili
After dinner: EAS French Vanilla Shake
Calories: 954

Took all of my vitamins and walked for 30 minutes, plus some strength training. I feel like I'm floating from all of the water I have had to drink today!!!

Sunday's a day of rest for me, so no exercise. 

Diet lacked in protein and water but tomorrow is another day...
