I also did it in the past and it really does work. I did the Blarney run which was a 5 k full of the dreaded hills (I jogged the whole thing) as well as several on flat land and even one on a cruise ship. I need to lose some pounds before my joints will handle the pressure of jogging now though. Just me

I started it last week, but will be doing week 1 again this week. My only goal is to be able to run a 5K with my daughter who will turn 22 in June. Even if it means that we have to set our own course and run a 5K with just the 2 of us.
Wednesday will be day 2 for you, right? You will probably be sore tomorrow and Wednesday too...GET YOUR BUTT UP and MOVE on Wednesday.
