Saturday Cardio/Cafe
Good Morning Deb and Botters!
I am headed to the gym....
I workout on an empty stomach so here is my food plan.
Breakfast
1/2 egg white omelet
Lunch
2 cups lettuce/ 4 oz of lean meat/ 1 cup of veggies tossed with vinaigrette
Dinner
6 oz buffalo burger and 2 cups of steamed veggies
Snack if I need them will be
Yogurt
Today is my first day of the carb buster plan!

I am at the gym borrowing a computer to update my Cardio and eats for today:
9:30 AM 1 hour on treadmill
prebreakfast; Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Brownie quest bar
Snack; Cheese & crackers
lunch: Quest cheesecake bar
Snack: Biscotti
Dinner: meatloaf and green beans
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich

Snack-protein shake
Lunch-2 tablespoons of breakfast scramble and 1/2 cup of the inside of a shredded beef burritto...
Snack-Yogurt or Coffee...I need the caffeine and I normally have two cups in the morning..
Dinner-going to a friends house...I'll keep an eye on portion and behave myself both with the food and the alcohol.
Snack...I'll just include that in with dinner..who knows what will be served and I made two types of bacon wraps which one of each would suffice me. =c)

Nature does her best to teach us. The more we overeat, the harder she makes it for us to get close to the table.
OK, so THIS is where I need to make my daily post (affirmation!).Well since I wrote it another thread, I am copying it here. Now that I see the format, I will do it starting tommorrow.

Oh, its been a GOOD week! WHY didnt I do this sooner?????
I am using LoseIt on my iPhone to keep up - my calorie allotment has been 1358 a day and I have been UNDER for an entire week!! And with it being dark outside when I come home, and only being able to walk the dogs last Sunday, I didnt get much exercise. We bowl on Monday and believe it or not according to LoseIt, THAT is exercise! But I underestimate it, so I probably have done really good.
And with apologies to those of ya'll in cold weather areas, my DH and I just spent 2 hours working around our pool and yard weedeating and cleaning.....in shorts! Then we sat around outside, saying ITS JANUARY..............
Oh, and my scales say I am down 4 pounds, but its not official until I weigh tommorrow. I promised myself to record weight only once a week, where I used to do it everyday...........
I am so glad I found this forum. I had been going to graduates, but I need to be here more.
And on a side note, my DH just handed me the mail...........I now qualify for the SENIOR RATE for Southern Living magazine!!! Boy, that just blew me out of the water!!
