Back On Track Together
I don't feel like it! I don't want to...uggghh
I have to go do day 2 of the C25K program. My muscles hurt already. I'm tired because today was our first day back to school/work after the holidays. I'm full from dinner.
The list can go on and on and I'd almost talked myself into skipping out on it tonight. BUT now, that I've told all of you it gives me a REASON to get my butt up and go do 30 minutes of exercise that I would otherwise have skipped out on.
