Thursday Cardio/Cafe

Good morning BOTTers!
I had a great day yesterday with eating and walking.  Today's I plan on pulling out my BodyBugg and start registering my exercise and steps.
Food plan, same as yesterday:
B/L/Snacks - various protein drinks
Dinner - steak
Dessert - fage w/s.f. syrup

I had NSA icecream last night instead of a fudgepop...would have been fine if it wasn't at 10pm last night and right after dinner, I had a glass of milk (like two serving sizes and my hubby put Kalhua in it as a treat...I drank it, but we're having a talk tonight.  We would have had a talk last night but he passed out from his own milk drink).

Breakfast-Coffee w/creamer, splenda and SF syrup 2 cups are aproximately 60 calories together
Snack-protein shake
Lunch-chicken patty w/3 tablespoons of noodless lasagna
Snack-yogurt 
Dinner-Hubby is in charge, I believe it's going to be chicken in a skillet with some sweet peppers and onions (no pasta was his rule tonight)
Snack-fudgepop...for reals this time.  

I rocked on the water yesterday and I'll rock on it again today...I tried walking every chance I could get....

Still under the weather but much better than before. Morning is still the worst.
Coffee+ cream
Flatout wrap with cheese
soup
yogurt w protein and blueberries
more soup.....

Exercise - meh..... not today....

Morning Y'all

Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries
Lunch ~ probably a taco salad I'm going out with friends, I'll edit it later if that changes
Snack ~ protein bar
Dinner ~ hamburger patty w/mixed veggies
Snack ~ protein shake

Exercise: well I'm not positive I'm going to work out today I over did the exercise yesterday and today I'm sore sore sore, but if I do I'll go to boot camp tonight at the gym.

Good Morning All!

Had a great day yesterday.  I think going to the Dr. sealed putting everything back in prospective.  Did 20 minutes cardio last night plus some weight training.........boy am I out of shape.  Stayed on plan getting in all my protein. 

got up this morning - actually woke up about an hr early so decided to go ahead and get the exercise in.....so that is done today.   Was able to get 30 minutes Cardio in this morning.

Hope everyone's day and plan is going well!  Stay focused!  Stay Strong!

So after 2 days of food sabotage I am going to try to get myself mentally in check.  :)

B - protein bar
S - banana
L - leftover porkchop & veggies
S - celelry w/peanut butter
D - hamburger pie

Will be doing 40 munutes cardio at the gym today.

 Good Morning Botts:

I had a wonderful workout this morning and my eats are going as plan.

5:15 AM 1 hour on Treadmill

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers (5)
Dinner:  Steak taco
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Today is my 3rd day of being BOT. Today I feel really good!
B- Hard boiled egg
s- veggies and dip(fage yogurt with cilantro) and protein drink
l- spinach salad with grilled chicken
D- pastaless lasagna

B: eggbeater omelet and whole wheat dinner roll
S: mushrooms and Greek yogurt dill dip and a grapefruit
L: turkey and beef chili, multigrain tortilla chips
S: pineapple and reduced fat cheese
D: chicken sausages, quinoa pasta and spaghetti sauce 
S: nut crunch bar and a grapefruit

Pretty much the same eats as yesterday

B-2 scrambled eggs with cheese
S-Protein shake
L-salad, cheese, ranch dressing and 1/4 pork chop
S-sunflower seeds, string cheese
D-chef salad
S-cashews

Didn't have time to run in this beautiful weather but I did walk a lot today (Took my classes outside to walk)
