Back On Track Together
Slowly working on heading the right direction.
Hi everyone,
I've played the same 20lbs up and down the scale for the past few years. I'm back in the downward trend and I plan to stay there.
One thing I've done is coming back here. I initially did really well post-op and for the next year and a half...but I was on here. I was measuring, logging and journaling every crumb I ate.
I got lazy...that is the only "excuse" I can give. I quit logging my food and I quit measuring too. Now that I've been lurking aroud here for a few days and using the nutrition tracker each day...I SEE how lax I've really become in what I eat. I know that I need to increase my protein and reduce fats and carbs.
I plan to continue logging my food so that I can plan better. To plan ahead of time, I can enter the food in and SEE how many calories, fats and carbs are in my day.
Trisha
