Wednesday Cardio/Cafe
Missed posting yesterday. Long rough day...
Today, my back and leg is really bothering me from yoga. I think that I'm going to invest in a Wii yoga program to do daily. Hopefully, I'll be able to work out these kinks faster.
My food plan for today is to "uncarb".
Breakfast /Lunch /Snack - various protein drinks
Dinner - steak and veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. syrup

I've been up since 3:30 oh goodness it's gonna be a long day!!
6-7 am strength training and cardio with the trainer
Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries
Snack ~ protein bar
Lunch ~ turkey breast, cherry tomatoes, 4 melba toast rounds
Pre-work out meal ~ protein shake
6-7 pm training for the 1/2 marathon
Dinner ~ steak, broccoli w/cheese
Vitamins and water as usual.

Started the basement remodel today. I hour of hauling stuff over the stairs...ugh!

They had kahlua and vanilla ice cream on Big Bang Theory and I was going crazy thinking of the combination so I had some SF vanilla ice cream and kahlua...and it was actually kinda gross. So today, all NEW day, and here's the plan...
Breakfast-coffee w/splenda (with Vit B) and SF syrup and some creamer...
Snack-protein shake
Lunch-Yogurt and a half a cup of noodlefree lasagna (if I feel full from the yogurt, I'm skipping the lasagna)
S-maybe the lasagna if I didn't eat it before, if I did, then a handful of almonds
Dinner-chicken patty w/two tablspoons of lasagna
S-SF fudgepop
I'm going to be walking all day long at work and tonight, I plan on doing about 20 min of cardio...

Lordy, I sure do miss my internet. After 3:30 PM, no computer for me until 7:30 AM the next morning. Ugh! I hope everybody is having a good new beginning this week. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour on Treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Shake with SF German Chocolate Cake Syrup
Snack: Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Lunch: Quest Almond Crunch Bar
Snack: Cheese & Carb Smart Crackers
Dinner: Hamburger Patty in Whole Wheat Wrap
Snack: NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

Not feeling to good today but determine to try to make it at least part of the day so I can get to the gym for a bit. Will see if I can make it the whole day.

D - porkchops, broccoli/caulliflower & mac/cheese
a kashi bar, 1/2 peanut butter sandwich & some potato chips were also snacked on. Ugh!!!! boredom set in and I am kind of sabotaging myself in a slight mental panic about changing my eating habits. Blah!!!!
jI did do 20 minutes cardio & then my upper body workout before heading home sick.

Breakfast: Double Scoop Chocolate Protein Shake (Designer Whey)
Snack: 1/4 Steak from last night Dinner (Yum)
Lunch: Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack: Pistachios
Dinner: Cheeseburger with grilled onions and a Veggie (Have not figured it out yet)
Movement: 1st DVD in the new Firm series (about 20 minutes)

Good morning all!
Went to the Dr. for regular check-up. All in all it went well. I have put 43 lb. and have to get it off. I have problems with sugar lows and my dr. says that if I start putting on weight there is a possibly of becoming a diabetic. She said getting the weight off, eating low carb/high protein, and exercising will help in fighting this off. So I knew I had to get "back on the wagon" and now it is official. I do not have a buddy yet........would really like one. If you want to be my buddy, please message me.
Yesterday was good. Had a funeral to attend at lunch so it messed up my daily plan but I worked around it and got in all the protein and exercise. I was able to do 20 minutes of cardio.....so that is start.
so far.......
7 a.m. - protein shake
10 a.m. - sausage and cheese omelet
noon - lunch - will be somewhere low carb - maybe a burger with no bun.
upcoming - a couple more protein shakes/snacks and dinner. have pork chops and steak in the freezer........it will one of them depending on if my son will be home for dinner.
exercise at least 20 minutes tonight......... ALL IS GOOD IN JANET'S WORLD!
