-get back to yoga - now that I have my new yoga mat (got that as a gift)
- take down my christmas decoration...
- file taxes...
- get new passport
- put the cat on a diet ( just kidding- but she got fat when I went away...)

and last but not least: maintance:  no gain no losses - drastic.:
BTW:   10 lb range is fine. Down, not up.

We have all set some great goals.  I will be checking back in on February 3rd to see how we have all done.  And remember, even if we do not make our monthly goal we have the whole year to work on them.

So I figure if I get all the different areas working then I will be more successful at my goal of losing weight.  I already have the workout part fixed into my routine but am struggling in other areas so I will start to work on those areas.

1. work on getting all my water/fluids in
2. work on getting in my vitamins

I have found in the past that a visual to remind myself & hold myself accountable helps alot, as does a reward so I will be making a calendar I can check off & giving myself $1 for each achievment.  :)

Hello Everyone...
I am still a newbie with my surgery (08/16/11) and I joined this group to get on track period... I have found that even this early out it is hard to be focused on the things that I know that I need to do on a daily basis... Happy to have found this group and look forward to posting frequently:
January Goals:

1) Lose 10 pounds
2) Increase fluid (water) intake
3) Increase Protein intake

I will focus on these 3 and see how I am doing in Feb!

I am taking the family to Great Wolf Lodge in Feb so my goal will be to drop the 10 lbs I gained over the Holidays and to get my broken toe healed before then!

I am only one, But still, I am one.  I cannot do everything, but still I can do something.  And because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do
the something that I can do.
