Welcome back.  You are not alone and together we can do this.  Do you realize that Tess relost over 60 lbs. last year!!!  It seems to come off slower after so many years but it really can come off still.

Ok....We're all on here to help each other...So LETS JUST DO IT!   Weight gain will happen if we don't get back to the basics.   Right Choices in Food and MOVE YOUR BODY.

Lets do this together!

It is easier to mainatain than to try to lose. Persistance is the key.  Tess is perfect example that we can lose weight if we really work on that and get dedicated.
Good luck.  we are all here for the same reason. To either stay on track or get back on track.

You CAN do this!!!  Go back to your basics, take it one day at a time and try to get in some type of exercise.  I'm 11 yrs. out and have lost 40 lbs. over the past few months.  So it is possible.
Keep on BOTTing!
