Tuesday cafe and cardio
B- two scrambled eggs with cheese
S-protein drink
L-salad, cheese, ranch dressing, 1/4 of a pork chop
S-string cheese, sunflower seeds
D-salad, cheese, ranch dressing, chicken pieces
S-protein drink and a few cashews
Did 20 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the bike. Wanted to run but I think my hernias are starting to bother me. Also it is also cold here in Iowa!!
