Trudy started it last night.  Please see her post "I'm in a different boat..."

Actually, we're all in the same "extra pounds to lose boat" so if this helps her I think we can work with this.  Tess I hope you keep encouraging us because you have set a wonderful example for all of us.  I hope this works out for everyone.  I understand how rushed her mornings are...I had kids and worked.  Logging a plan in the morning would have been impossible for me in those days.

It is freezing in the South (Tennessee). My treadmill is in the Garage...my teeth are chattering.  So.....I got out the portable heater, hooked it up and pointed it twoard the treadmill (not twoard my car  so my car won't blow up while I'm on it)......and am just about ready to jump on the treadmill. I plan 3 miles this morning.

I had forgot what it was like to put what you MUST do in front of what others need you to do or what you want to do (or don't want to do) .  That is how I lost focus.   Its about ME again.  Sorry....sounds selfish, but this is what I have to do.

Food Plan

B:  Coffee  (Sorry, havent given that up yet)
Low Carb Yogurt and a little granola
      Water
L. Spinich Salad (Small with a little Low Fat Dressing)
S. Apple  (Small)
D: Protien Shake
S. Jello (Sugar Free) or Popcicle (Sugar Free) if I'm not too cold.

Actually may not be enough calories.   I'll have to check on that.   This is what I have the most trouble with.  PLANNING AHEAD.    UGGGGGG......I hate Structure!

Good morning all!

It is cold and snowy in southern Ohio.  Today is day one and has started well.   I have a funeral to attend at lunch so I have had to move my plan around a little today but will get all in just not in the order I had previously planned.  That is one thing I need to work on is flexiblity if something comes up and how to work around it without sabotaging myself.

So far

7:00 am.  Protein Shake
10 a.m. Omelet
noon - leaving work for funeral.  taking protein shake with me in case I need something to tide me over.

exercise 20 minutes tonight after work.

my plan is 3 to 5 protein shakes (depending on hunger) - with eventually just 3 per day.
lunch and dinner.
64 oz. fluids
60 plus grams protein
vitamins and iron

wishing you all blessed day!
Janet
Have a blessed day!

 Hi Just Me:

I think we are all confused as to where to update so we are kinda split up today.  I did post under Trudy's start up.  My internet is down at home so I will be posting later at work.  Hopefully, tomorrow we will all be in sync.

Back home.  The food is here, and the TV.  My cat still loves me, BF is fun.  Sex life is good. so all is back to normal.

Got back and got sick.  I am fighing a cold or some other "stuff". Or is the detox from daily 1-2 glasses of wine? who knows. I know that my throat is sore, I have a low grade fever and my muscles and my belly ache so badly that I take the Advil agains my best judegement.  Just can't stand the flu like pain and discomfort.  Food... what food?  do not want to eat. Know that I have to. so here is goes:
coffee + almond milk
some hot tea + pills and more pills.
hot soup...
maybe yogurt + protein powder.
maybe more soup.

The belly ache is bad... but will survive.
