Ok - I'm in a different boat! - sort of or/ Tales of a Night Owl.

 I know that we are doing cafe and cardio daily but doing it in the morning just isn't me. I am not a morning person.  I plan my food for the day the night before, pack my lunch, etc... and pray I get my kid to school on time and me to work on time.  I could post in the evening after the fact but ... I feel less responsible.

So could I start the next day's Cafe and Cardio - the night before?

At any rate here I am for tomorrow.

BF:  Greek Yogurt and Blueberries
Snack: Small Isopure
Lunch:  Salad; 1 oz cheese; chicken sausage
snack Small Isopure
After school snack: Apple
Supper: Green Chili Stew

I will walk for 20 min.  I am really trying to focus on my food now but I will get the cardio in a more organized way as I get going.

I think this is fine because we can all just keep adding as the day goes on.   Could you just put the title "Tuesday cafe and cardio" on it so we know what day we are logging for.  I personally log the plan in the morning but have to edit it because I eat different things.  For me this is so much easier than the OH nutrition tracker.

B: eggbeater omelet and whole wheat dinner roll
S: Greek yogurt, sauteed veggies and a fruit plate
L: hot crab dip, pumpernickle, chili and little chicken sausages
S: chocolate cheesecake
D: hot crab dip, slice of salami and a slice of reduced fat Swiss cheese
S: chocolate cheesecake and a fruit plate

Good morning!

I'm going to have to come back and edit my meals in today my DH is off today so we normally go out for lunch then dinner is usually some leftovers or something so I don't have a real plan today other than breakfast and my exercise.

Exercise: tonight boot camp at the gym 6:30-7:30

Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries

Lunch ~ small portion of a grilled chicken salad at Logan's Roadhouse

Snack ~ protein bar

Dinner ~ will be the leftover chicken salad

Snack ~ protein shake

 Hey Botts:

This is totally fine with me.  My internet went out at my house and Comcast saids it will be next Tuesday before I am up and running at home.  Ugh!!  I will be posting later at work, so this is great that Trudy is starting us off.  And besides, you can't get rid of me that easy.  My cardio and eats for today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill (burning 450 calories) whoo hoo!

Prebreakfast:  Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack:  Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Peanut Butter Bar
Snack:  Cheese & Crackers/Hot Chocolate
Dinner:  Chicken Wrap
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow Ice Cream Sandwich

I hope everybody has a goal/plan to start 2012 off right.  Don't forget to includes all your vitamins and fluids in with this plan.  Have a great day!

Does someone know about a program that helps you break your carbohydrate addiction. Cathy Wilson asked for it in an email to us a week or so ago because her computer was stolen and it was on there. I  would really be interested in that so I can get back on track.

 Yes.  You will post under Cardio and Cafe each morning.  Trudy just did not do the heading that we usually do this morning so we are kinda split up at the moment.  You might want to do a separate post line and ask Cathy about the program that she was looking for.  I think someone forward it to her.
