Good Monday morning everyone!

6-7 this morning for training @ the gym

Breakfast ~ cottage cheese & blueberries 40 calorie whole wheat toast
Snack ~ protein bar
Lunch ~ turkey breast w/cheese cheese
Dinner ~ pork chop, broccoli, brown rice
Snack ~ protein drink

4-4:30 back to the gym for some treadmill time

Editing to add that I ran 2 miles with my son this afternoon, he and I are training for a 1/2 marathon so we just did a little running today, it's so windy and it's just hard for this old gal to run when it's windy AND cold! So I didn't go back to the gym to walk on the treadmill.

Good evening fellow BOTTERS!
Ok, I did not track my food.  Goal for tomorrow.  I realize tracking and posting on here will make me accountable.
For exercising - I went to the gym and ran for 3.14miles on the treadmill.  I am doing 3 minute walk/3 minute run for 58 minutes.  My friend and I am doing a couch to 10K .  I think we are on week 5.  Of course we started on week 4.  We have been running for 4 days in a row now.  I am hoping this will help with getting the last 50lbs off.

Well all have a great night!

Debbie,
Doing the couch to 10K is pretty impressive, when is the race?  I know my daughter did something similar and lost 30 lbs. while training.  Good luck
and keep on BOTTing!
Deb

Hi Deb,
No race planned, I am hoping to participate in various 5k's through out the year.  That is one of my New Year's resolutions.
I am hoping that this training with getting back to healthy clean eating will help get the last few pounds off!
Have a great night
Debbie
